Barbecueplein is a company placed under the banner of BBQ-Outdoorcooking and exists since 1989, the first 18 years under the direction of Peter van de Boogaard. In 2007 Barbecueplein has been taken over by Wim Vink, until that time being chef of BBQ-Outdoorcooking. Barbecueplein was mainly serving the branch of butchers en caterers and BBQ-Outdoorcooking principally the consumers and promoting the barbecue-techniques, devenloped by the famous guru Steven Rachlin. By combining these two companies we hope to establish, in the furure, better service in the field of barbecuing. And all this in the full sense of the word.
